Terrible experience- spent nearly $14K on flooring purchased from them (Brand Horizon Forest) to have them install and the flooring is gapping all over a few years later - manager Daniel won't even call me back to provide any sort of solution to the issue. Disappointing!

DO NOT USE - Daniel is a sales rep for this company and installed faulty flooring in my home that is now costing us $30,000 to replace. This guy will not return phone calls and refuses to acknowledge any wrong. Really frustrating and horrible horrible customer service.

I called last week and set up an appointment for someone to come out and measure my house to give us an estimate for wood floor replacement. They were a no-show. I called 10 minutes after the appointment time to find out why, they answered that the person who would be coming was busy in a meeting and couldn't talk to me. They called back a few minutes later to say they actually had thought the appointment was for me to come to their office/ showroom and pick out the type of flooring I wanted. (I'd already given them specifics over the phone about what wood I wanted when setting up the measurement appointment and they said we could start with measuring instead). Obviously very frustrating. I have been waiting 4 months for repairs on installation of wood floors and once Again today they no showed for a scheduled appointment. My husband and I both work and lose $ to take a day off. Floor repair was supposed to happen at 1:00 today and still no one has come or will answer when calling for an explanation.

We love the LVP flooring! Kathy was wonderful to deal with on color etc The men that installed it were great, fast and efficient and cleaned up afterward. We recommend Sherwin Williams Flooring just as we recommend Sherwin Williams paint products. Excellent quality!
