On December 29, 2025 Shields Movers and Staffers, LLC arrived to move our furniture approximately 10 miles. The owner (do not know his name) let us know, that only one man out of three was experienced. Two of the men were completely discheveled in appearance and one was clearly sick. He wiped his nose and rubbed it on his clothes. These two dropped my tempurpedic mattress in the parking lot!! After placing a greasy moving blanket on my couch! two men were asked to leave. The owner was contacted and in about thirty minutes two more men showed up. The moving truck was unmarked and filthy. The “grease” on the packing quilt came from all of the quilts being laid on the floor of the moving truck due to the flooring being so rough!! It was reported later, by a replacement worker, that the truck’

My experience with Shields Movers and Staffers LLC was completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional from start to finish. One week before the move, I provided detailed descriptions and photos of everything that needed to be moved. Despite already having this information, I received a 10:00 PM phone call the night before the move to “verify” items and details. During that same call, they attempted to change my confirmed 9:00 AM move time to 11:00 PM. Changing a move to nearly midnight the night before is not just inconvenient — it shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for a customer’s time. The morning of the move, they again requested the same photos and details that had already been sent multiple times. I specifically confirmed that they would provide all moving mate

SCAMMERS! Do not use this company. They damaged my furniture and offer NO compensation. They ignore your phone calls and texts and act like they are too busy to address your concerns. They lie and cheat you out of your money and time. They are unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate. They like to prey on single women and do not honor their words. They show up with unmarked filthy trucks and men who look like they are day laborers rather than professional movers. They show up late and unprepared as far as having the equipment needed to make a move and then send you to the store to purchase the needed items. I can't believe I allowed them to take advantage of me but things happen. I'd advise nobody to use this company. They simply do not have any ethics or common decency. You have been warned

Great communication. These guys were friendly and professional. Eric, and Brandon were great to work with. Because I live on a steep hill, they couldn't exactly get the truck where they wanted it. No complaining, no stress, just knocked out the move flawlessly. True professionals. I know moving can be stressful, but the movers in this case were no stress. Again, true professionals. I can’t thank Shields Movers and Staffers, LLC enough for making my move completely stress-free! The team arrived right on time, packed everything with care, and handled my furniture like it was their own. They even wrapped my glass table and artwork so carefully. The movers were polite, efficient, and worked nonstop until everything was set up in my new home. I’ve moved a few times before, but this was by far the smoothest experience ever.
