Shine of Ann Arbor

I found Shine through an online search. They had numerous glowing reviews. I needed my 21 rooftop solar panels cleaned to remove the Canadian forest fire smoke particles which were reducing the efficiency of my panels. Shine's online estimate for my job seemed so low that I assumed that they didn't understand the size of the job. After several back and forth emails, I finally decided to just accept the bid and see what happened. The Shine employee (Steve) showed up as promised and after reviewing my situation, promised me that the amount bid was indead correct. He got to work and cleaned all of my panels in a little over an hour. The output of my solar system was increased over 5% from what it was before the cleaning. If you want your whole house to SHINE, call SHINE. Looking out of the beautiful clean windows at our yard is amazing. Our gutters are all cleaned and ready for winter, too. Highly recommended them. Very polite and considerate workers who did an excellent job.

I hired Shine to power wash a chimney. Communication was responsive, quote was exactly what I expected, scheduling was quick and the service technicians were very helpful and professional. Very pleased to be able to add Shine to my list of go to vendors for house maintenance jobs!

Andy washed all my windows and screens on august 22, 2025, and I could not be happier. He was pleasant, professional, and did a thorough job!
