Beware: Shubert Plumbing may be ok for small routine jobs but I would not trust them with anything more. My elderly sister and I waited three months - one of them with no bathroom and a hole in the middle of our kitchen - for a bid and work to be completed before finally opting for another plumber. Communication with Shubert was abysmal during that time - poor email responsiveness and rarely anyone in the office when called. Wish they would have told us up front the job was too complicated and/or they didn’t want to do it. We contacted Shubert the end of May about a leak in the bathroom/kitchen of our finished basement. It took them until August to arrange for concrete cutters to expose the pipes - all without a bid which we repeatedly requested. They came out to inspect the job post-cut

I had an emergency plumbing issue (no heat) and Ken and the team got me up and running immediately. Since they did such a great job, I had them build out my bathroom and in -floor hydronic addition as well, it all came out amazing, and they came up with some creative solutions as well! Love these guys, I don’t use anyone else.

Shubert Plumbing was wonderful. They were courteous, knowledgeable and fast - they fixed my plumbing issue in hours less than another plumber quoted me. Their estimate was also extremely affordable compared to the other quote I had. Email communication can take a day or two, so be patient. Nothing but thankfulness and relief at the great job Shubert did.

These guys are absolutely amazing! Without a doubt, the best service we have ever received in Durango. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, on-time... the list goes on with how great we were treated and how well our home was taken care of. We had two emergencies within three months time and they made our home a priority to fix as if it were their own. They even came out within the hour on a holiday. Thank you Ken and Jesse, we will be sure to recommend!

Well I've tried to call several times, left phone messages, sent an email, but nobody answers the phone, answers messages, or responds to emails so I'm not impressed, guess I will have to look elsewhere which is a shame since they're listed address is just a few blocks away. To his credit the owner did call Monday afternoon after I had written the review and said he had left for an early morning emergency call and had just gotten back to the office. He offered to come over right away but I had already made other arrangements. My suggestion would be that his cell phone be his business phone number because potential customers assume that business phones will be answered and have no idea what the reason is for them not being answered. I did call three times Monday and waited till about 1:30p
