Sila Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing

This review is being written on behalf of my elderly parents. They purchased a new A/C system from this company for approximately $13,000. The unit was installed on 02/06. It functioned for only two hours before completely shutting down. On Saturday, it was determined that the system had been installed improperly. Given the seriousness of the situation — winter temperatures and elderly occupants — we were assured someone would come out on Monday, 02/09 to correct the issue. No one showed up! As a result, the temperature inside my parents’ home is 48°F, creating a dangerous and unacceptable living condition for elderly individuals. Malik was amazing. The company was responsive, came when they said they would and completed the work. It Malik was AMAZING. We trusted him almost immediately. He came in, investigated, asked insightful questions that showed genuine curiosity rather than asking condescending questions as if we can't unscrew a pipe as well. He was THOROUGH. When he left, the job was done. We have had other plumbers who gave us the "you may have to call us again" nonsense. He did the job and proved it was DONE. He could have stopped at the half way mark and said it was done but instead he ran the water for 8 full minutes to ensure it was done, then went back in because he was convinced there was still a blockage. And he was right. Mind you, this is New Year's Eve. He is young and could have half done the job
