Silvi Concrete of Southampton

This company had a truck that lost debris resulting in smashing the windshield on my vehicle. They claim there’s no way they did it and are not covering a single dime on the repair. Unreal. Move your plants to a less public area if you won’t take responsibility for your company’s actions.

If I could do zero stars I would. We ordered concrete for our basement. Flaking and peeling within a day. Contacted Silvi’s manager who then pushed us to quality control. Took multiple calls to finally get a return call with their rep saying not our problem. We had 3 outside professionals with 30 years experience all agree it was a bad batch of concrete. $5000 worth of concrete that we now have to pay an outside contractor to fix which is an added expense. Zero respect for this company. After speaking to other contractors we found out they have had bad batches from Silvi and will no longer work with them. Avoid at all costs!!!! 🤬
