Very happy with the work and service we received from Simply Clean! Amy & Stephanie were great! They did a fabulous job cleaning the floors, and steps in my house! We’ve used many local and corporate owned cleaning services but the equipment they used and how the carpet looked after drying have been the best yet! We will continue to call Simply Clean for carpet cleaning services!

Incredible customer service - rescheduled me promptly when severe winter weather delayed our plans. Was able to get out stains in the carpet that a different company failed to get out previously. Was very flexible with my schedule in that I did not have to be home for this service to be completed. Very courteous and friendly staff, with reasonable rates for the 3 areas I needed cleaned. I will definitely be a return customer!

We chose Simply Clean because they had availability only a week out from our call, and because they have an all-female residential crew, which we love to support. The dispatcher was very helpful when we called for an estimate, and was able to provide our estimate on the spot with the measurements we provided. The crew finished their first job of the day early, and called for permission to start at our house ahead of schedule. They cleaned the carpets in two large living spaces and two medium-sized bedrooms in less than two hours. The team was friendly and efficient. They were careful with our belongings, and understanding when our dogs were anxious about the machinery.
