The tech was able to get here two days before the scheduled visit. Fixed the problem and did some preventative maintenence. He also took some time to explain everything he did and some ways to help in the future. The technician, Adrian, was very polite, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend Simply Right Heating and Cooling to anyone. If needed I will definitely call them first in the future.

Sorry for the late review! I contacted Ken to do a HVAC change out on 10/6/25. He sent out Kenny, Adrian, and Bill to do the job. They were all very professional. This was a difficult job and their teamwork made it look easy. They started at 8:00 am and worked until 7:00 pm, making sure that I was up and running. Their services were very much appreciated and I HIGHLY recommend them for any HVAC services!

Adrian was one of the best techs I have ever had. Knowledgeable, courteous, patient. Looking forward to the next scope of work with this company.Ken has put together a great team so far.They installed a Haven Central Air Monitor and are quoting complete upgrade unit to solve my issues. Hired them on maintenance 2 years ago. It has cost me over $2000 in repairs plus maintenance. They just put in another motor $960. Later heat is going in the air. $700. Light bill. And they said I need another $600. Inquied about credit on new system they said absolutely nothing? Stay away from this greedy hot mess.

After another company told me my unit needed replaced I called this company. Kenneth came out on a weekend, diagnosed my system and found the issues. Adrian installed the new components and got my unit running right very quickly. Both technicians were very respectful and transparent with the work they were performing.
