Simply Turf

We are entering our third year using Simply Turf for our annual weed treatment and fertilization, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our lawn is still a work in progress, but it has come a long way since we switched to Simply Turf and looks healthier each season — despite the challenging conditions in our area, ranging from excessive rain to extended summer drought. What really stands out is how knowledgeable their team is. Whenever we have questions, they take the time to explain what’s happening with our lawn and give us practical guidance on how to care for it between visits, especially when weather conditions make things more difficult. Prices are reasonable but if you have an animal wire fence (we have dogs) attached to your wooden fence, Simply Turf may damage the wire fencing when they edge. When I informed them of the damage, they claimed that there’s always a risk of damage but did not notify me of the damage, nor divulge that information when I signed up, nor did they offer any compensation. Cheap price comes with no concern of property.

This was by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, hands down. The service provided was careless and rushed to say the least. The two young technicians who showed up did not seem experienced, and it was evident in the result that they were not the ones for the job. I watched as the team proceeded to aerate the same section of lawn multiple times while ignoring other parts (see pictures). The team also ran out of gas mid job and had to leave for 30 minutes to find a gas station and get more fuel before finishing. Right after the technicians left I called the owner Patrick to inform him of the awful experience. Patrick could not have been more rude. When I requested that he come out the next day to walk the lawn, and speak to me about the issues that I outlined above,

For the past 14 years we've tried various local lawn fertilizer companies, and none have been able to deliver the results received from Simply Turf! Switched to them this spring and they've already turned our yard around! Patrick is super responsive and his team does excellent work. Highly recommend them, proof is in the picture!

Addendum- I was unhappy about miscommunication earlier but the owner Patrick called me right away and smoothed things over. Simply Turf does have great service and prices. Your lawn will look wonderful!
