I would never ever use any company but this one. My countertops are fantastic and the installation was PERFECT. I TELL EVERYONE about this company and their product and sevice.. And the ladies,Heather and Tammy, really really know their business. Because of my job, I didn't know how I was gonna take off, to be there and the girls really really worked with me. Anyone getting new countertops, like I did, dont be afraid to make the change. This company knows what they are doing, from sales to measuring to installation. Great job.! I got lucky finding them.

We had a terrible experience overall with having our countertop install. It took 2 weeks total to have our counters installed. The installers showed up 4 hours after the latest time told to us each time they came. I do not blame the installers, I blame scheduling for putting too many jobs on their workload. Scheduling does a horrible job of communicating and I didn’t get updates about the where abouts of the installers until I made contact with scheduling myself, otherwise I would have had no idea when they might arrive. The installers had to return the second time because 1 piece was not cut correctly initially. One of our cabinets was damaged in the process of installation and was not even mentioned by the installer, I found it after the fact. The only thing I will say is the seam looks

I have used Sims-Lohman and the whole team that I've been in contact for my kitchen remodel has been exceptional. I worked with Tammy getting everything setup and scheduling and she has been nothing but helpful. The guy that came out to do my measurements for the countertops was top notch. He answered all my questions. He also went out of his way to help me get my mounting brackets mounted correctly and leveled on my island that he didn't have to do. The team that came to install my countertops exceptional and professional. I highly recommend using Sims-Lohman for your kitchen remodel needs

Excellent service from day one through the planning the measurement and insulation couldn’t ask for better service. This is what service I remember used to be all the time.

It's a very sad day when you're technicians are completely incapable of taking measurements with a tape measure. Sims-lohman sends an employee out with a big tripod measuring machine-it really gives the impression that they are top notch, using state-of-the-art equipment, "wow!" I thought. "These guys are the real deal". Fast forward - I get an email showing me the "advanced measurements" their special laser tripod made and it's got wacky lengths that are imperceptible to the human eye. the front of my counter was 1/64" different from the back, etc. So fast forwarding to install date, it's fully installed and there's 1/4" gaps between the back of the counter and the wall 😅😅. Eventually those gaps will get covered up by the back splash, but the point is - why invest in this insanely over
