Sister Cities Garage

Wanna pay $107/mo or $10 a day for almost nothing. They constantly raise their monthly rate even though they provide no security or even cameras and the elevators are constantly out of order. Plus you have to go way off-site just to set up monthly billing. Know of multiple cars that have been broken into in this garage. Garage was 0 help. You’re better off taking the bus to work!

I really like this garage for location but the aisles are way too close together. It is concerning when trucks are parked there and because of the small space it just feels dangerous. It can be very challenging to pull out of spots at times depending on if there's cars behind you or directly next to you. Just make sure to double check for pedestrians too.

Easy to access parking garage. It is located at 4 corners downtown Rochester. It is also located across the street from the courthouse, Monroe County Clerk's office and within walking distance from most major office buildings, law offices. I have never had a problem finding a parking spot. Garage is clean and conveniently located.

It's great that they have chargers for electric vehicles. Only 4 stars because of errors on ticket machine causing inconvenience or delay, EV chargers frequently occupied (perhaps they should consider adding more) and the layout prevents you from moving down to the charger if one becomes available.

Nice clean, spacious parking garage with natural daytime lighting. Elevators or stairs for easy access to 6 floors. Good exit signs to facilitate exit flow onto city street.
