"Ty" at Site One Landscapes is always very helpful and very knowledgeable of all aspects in the field! They have great products and will take the time to answer questions with the do-it-yourself homeowners that come in, myself included! Ty had given me a program to follow to keep up with my lawn maintenance schedule throughout the year and has been very easy to follow. The reason I went this route is because I got tired of getting poor service with the commercial companies that offer you their schedule and have poor results and no technical support.
