My husband and I recently visited your business with the intention of viewing the outdoor paver displays for an upcoming pool project. As we were approaching the entrance, a gentleman informed us that the facility would be closing in two minutes. I asked whether we might briefly look at the outdoor displays, but the staff member repeated that the facility was closing in two minutes and then turned and walked back inside without offering assistance, alternatives, or additional information. While we understood the closing time, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. We were disappointed by the lack of customer engagement, particularly as we were interested in your products and had made a specific trip to view them. Went in Saturday 7/15/23, Both representatives were horrible, very disrespectful to the point cancelled the sale. Worst customer service I have ever had. I will never go back to this store again. Store needs to learn how to train employees customer service!

Site One is Tyrone is a great store for all your Belgard paver needs as well as landscape materials such as flagstone, pipe, hand tools, and quality sod. Definitely a recommend store!
