Raj and team are the best! Raj eased any concerns I had and was always available even for small questions. They also worked with us on a very tight timeline and were incredibly communicative the whole way through. I absolutely plan on using them again for future renovations. Photos are refinished floors and walls fixed up and painted!

Raj and his team did an excellent job with the basement remodeling project for our home. It was very complicated, and because it is an older home there were a lot of issues that required an experienced team to handle. We were very impressed with not only their level of professionalism, but also their attention to detail and the creative solutions that Raj recommended. SJC RENOVATIONS is simply the BEST! Raj met with me to view my home before I put an offer in. We discussed the possibilities of a full renovation and agreed to proceed. After purchasing my home, it took one month for permits to be issued. Renovations from start to finish took around 3 months (excellent timing for a full home renovation). Raj is trustworthy and takes pride in his work. He took the time to get to know me and understand my needs. We had clear communication throughout the process, he is easy to contact.
