Great service and great product.They actually came a day earlier than expected which was awesome. Matt is a great communicator. The straw was good quality and packed tight so it went a long way. There was no trash , cones, or twigs in it. Will definitely use them again.

Within the past month I've made three small purchases, and overall I am happy with them. 1st purchase - 2 rolls purchased as a test...not very pleased with the color. 2nd purchase - tried again in an effort not to over spend on high quality pine straw purchased online. This time I'm happy at the difference in quality. 6 rolls purchased. 3rd purchase (11/17/21) - 4 more rolls purchased...same great quality above. Now at least I know that I need at least 12-13 rolls. Hopefully the quality is the same in 5-6 months.

S&S delivered and spread pine straw to my house recently and this was the 1st time I have used a service to spread pine straw vs getting it myself from Home Depot/ Lowes etc. The long leaf pine straw makes a huge difference and it was really nice to get home after work and see my yard had been upgraded while I was away. I highly recommend S&S. Friendly staff and a great product!

I am so disappointed in my recent experience. I ordered my pine straw last year and was completely satisfied with the service and product. I then received a voicemail this year reminding me to order pine straw again. I called to order and was first told that they don't deliver to my area. After I explained that I received a voicemail to order again I was then I told I could place my order. Even though I placed the same order as I did last year, I was advised that 30 bales of pine straw wasn't a big enough order and it would take time to deliver. I was completely fine with that and even said as long as it was within the month it wasn't a problem. I was then advised that it would be delivered between 1-3 pm on a Wednesday the following week. My wife took time off to be home for the delivery.
