Great service as always. Quick turn around for the seasonal maintenance checkup. Austin was quick to notice a couple things during his inspection and corrected them on the spot. Thanks a ton Slocum!

SLOCUM was great to work with! They were quick to respond and very pleasant on the phone. Austin came out and was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to get to work. He didn't just jump in and start to tell us everything needed replacing (unlike a company we've worked with in the past that is highly rated in Weatherford). Austin took the time to actually get to the root problem of what we were experiencing and explained everything to us in a way that we could understand; He even took video of what was going on up in the attic since we weren't up there with him. Within approximately 24 hours, our A/C was up and running. Follow up a few days later.....we received a call from Courtney to ensure everything was still working satisfactorily. Wow! Same day service was provided and the technician was amazing! I called the company first thing in the morning and they had someone at my front door within 2hrs.

He listened to our thoughts, went through everything to make sure all issues were solved. He explained what the problem was in a way we understood and explained the charges to us. I have used this company for several years now and I have always been pleased with their service.

It stinks to lose your ac during a Texas summer. Slocum came out quickly to get our issue addressed. This isnt the first time we’ve used Slocum. Every service visit has been top notch and they check in after each visit to make sure all is going well.
