We lost our heat on one of the coldest days of the year. One call to Small Solutions got us to Dylan, who promptly came and fixed an external wiring short (while braving extreme cold). All back to normal in just a couple of hours after calling and the price was very reasonable. Dylan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous (and buy the way is also the owner). Wonderful company to work with from start to finish!! Our service tech's were amazing, office staff professional and personable! Install was seamless. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs replacement or repair. We even signed up for yearly maintenance to protect our purchase and current equipment........a Must for anyone!
