We have been dreaming of a screened-in porch for years, and the Smallwood team exceeded all of our expectations. From meeting Lisa and Keith, to our initial meeting with Mike, to our pre-construction meeting, to demo-day, throughout construction and our final walkthrough we just continued to be more and more impressed. Elijah, Tony, and the rest of our construction guys knocked it out of the park! They were so professional and considerate. It felt so great to support a local, family-owned business. We highly recommend Smallwood for any of your home renovation needs. We will absolutely be using them again in the future!

Very happy with the service. The customer service team kept us informed of the status of the order and when the order was received. When the crew came out, I was surprised to find out that the vice president of the company, John was the one who was working on our home. He and one other gentleman were very professional. Smallwood installation crew were great. All showed up on time for the install in spite of the bad weather. All members of the crew were courteous. The install was a bit of a tight one due to great measurements. The knowledge of the team were top notch. Smallwood provided an excellent product. Team did a great job with clean up. We love our new door and storm door.
