Smart Demo Cabinet Mitigation

We hired Smart Demo to evaluate, remove and repair damage to our kitchen cabinets due to water damage in our kitchen. They were referred by our insurance company to do the work. We were wary at first but did not wish to replace our cabinets so we agreed to this process. Isaac was the tech who came to our home. We found him to be very personable, professional and careful in his work with great attention to detail. After evaluating the cabinets in place, he determined that several would need to be removed and brought back to the shop to evaluate and repair. We had a major plumbing leak in our kitchen, which had been remodeled less than 2 years ago. The leak was under our kitchen sink, behind the drywall, so we didn’t even know it was happening until there was extensive damage. Through our insurance company, a few companies were sent out to help us with the damage. We had 2 separate companies tell us that our cabinets needed to be ripped out, which would include breaking our Quartz countertops to remove our farmhouse sink. We had water damage from a faulty dishwasher valve and our insurance as well as ServPro recommended using SmartDemo. We have custom countertops and didn't want to deal with removing them and risking them breaking and having to do a full remodel over a leak. We had a leak in our Kitchen wall in April of this year. 2021.several of our cabinets had to be repaired from the water damage. We called Smart Demo and they came out in a timely manner , removed the cabinets from under our fairly new counter tops. Our counter tops were able to be saved by their expert work.
