Smart Fixes LLC Appliance Repair

Our natural gas oven was no longer heating up in the bake setting, so we called Smart Fixes LLC and they quickly diagnosed that the igniter at the lower part of the oven had burnt out. They were able to order the correct replacement part and install it the very next day, quickly and efficiently. The service technician was warm and professional, and followed up four days later to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction! Price-wise, they are comparable to other home appliance repair businesses in the area. Overall we are very satisfied with this experience and service!

Zhanat came out and "fixed" my fridge. That fix lasted for about a month and then the fridge broke again. I tried both calling and texting him to let him know so we can get it fixed again but he has since ghosted us. I've had to reach out to other repair places to get it fixed. What I ended up paying ( about $400) feels like a waste of money at this point. I do not recommend using this company for fridge repairs.

My Dacor wall oven purchased in 2007 stopped heating even though the power was on. Fortunately Smart Fixes repairs wall ovens as other places I called did not. They were able to schedule the tech to arrive the next day on a Saturday. When Zhanet arrived just as scheduled with all the right tools to remove the oven from the wall and diagnose the problem in about an hour. He ordered the parts and just 5 days later he was able to return and install the new high limit thermostat. He was very pleasant to work with and I would use his services in the future.

called about refrigerator problem and he showed up next day. got it running again within about 20 min. He followed up the next day to see if problem was corrected, it would run but not getting down to temp. Unfortunately, compressor was bad he gave great recommendations as to where to shop around for another fridge. his service call charge was well worth it as it was atleast half what other appliance stores wanted.
