I had reached out to 3 other contractors for quotes to screen in my existing back porch and all of them were either too busy to reply, overpriced or I had to keep hounding them just to get basic information. I happened upon Smart Renovations LLC from a mail flyer and calling Bob was the best decision I've made. He returned my calls, my emails, showed up when he said he would show up and was also the most affordable out of all of the contractors I managed to get a quote from. The screen enclosure looks amazing and is solidly built; literally don't have a single complaint.

Bob was very amenable and nice. Not only did he install the replacement screens , he serviced the other screens that we had installed a couple years ago. He took time to discuss questions I had and was very easy and friendly. My wife has also had a great experience with his son in the past! Highly recommend their services.

Bob and his son Mathew provided us with a competitive quote and were very friendly and respectful. Unfortunately they were not able to perform the install due to the way my front door is situated. I appreciate that they are up front and honor their work and warranty to such an extent that they wouldn’t just take my money and leave me with a solution that fails after a couple of years. I highly recommend them based on my experience.
