Smithfield Electric

I chose Smithfield Electric by the great reviews and the lady that answered the phone. The owners mom. I try to pick local mom n pop small businesses. I asked her that question to how I found out she was the mother of the owner! Awesome. She informed me she would send Nat to the house for my request to hard wire and install some security cameras. As soon as Nat arrived I knew I picked the right company. Very professional and thought out a plan if it was his own property. Had the heart for the work. Great young man. The price he quoted me was a bit higher than I figured, however, I am not an electrician or did I pursue a second company. I had faith in Nat to do a great job. Thank you so much and I would hire this company again as well as refer to friends and family. Of course this was not

Easy to schedule an appointment. Excellent customer service while replacing our ceiling light/fan. Worked efficiently and was respectful of property. Cleaned up all work debris and disposed of broken fan. Explained operation of new item and remote. Very pleased with this company and their employee. Price included purchase of fan.

I highly recommend the team of technicians at Smithfield Electric. I contacted them after receiving an outrageous quote from Morlite Electric. The two technicians came to my house, performed their troubleshooting, found and resolved the issue for $400 less than what Morlite wanted for just a diagnosis. The technicians were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and efficient with their time. I would highly recommend them and will use Smithfield Electric if I have any electrical issues or needs in the future.

The only reason Smithfield Electric doesn’t get 5 stars is simply because they’re very busy and can’t always fit you in fast enough(at least for me). That said, we’ve had a variety of jobs done from replacing a chandelier to checking outlets and no matter what they do, they do it well and with a maximum amount of friendly customer service and their prices seem very fair!

Joshua did such a good job! Extremely knowledgeable on what he is doing. He came early and got done just in time for me to make it to work on time for my night shift. This panel can now hold many more circuits. Our original panel only could hold 24 circuits. Also, their quote was the most reasonable quote out of morlite and get lit.
