Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I finalized my countertop and vanity selection with Lily and clearly communicated that I would place the order once my contractor was ready to begin the work. After placing the order, I was shocked to receive a call informing me that the countertop I had selected was suddenly “not available.” At that point, I was left with no real choice and had to settle for an alternative she sent me, which was not what I originally wanted. The issues did not stop there. On the delivery day, I specifically requested that the vanity be delivered directly into my bathroom, and Lily explicitly agreed.
