Complete scam. They lied that they will have it working the same day. They lied that the brand of AC they were installing was from Rheem. The cost was 3000 more than what I got another company(for Carrier AC). When I cancelled they charged me 1500 for removing the AC unit alone.

Somerset H&C provides amazing customer service year round as a regularly scheduled visit or an emergency visit. Blin and his staff have extensive knowledge of all types of equipment. I have both oil and propane heating/hot water systems. They are professional , courteous and genuinely helpful each and every time they have performed services at my home. They take the time to explain the issues that they find so can fully understand what is going on. I had an instance where my propane line froze and they were there within a few hours to save the day. I totally appreciate them and will never use anyone else. I highly recommend them without any reservations.
