5/9/24: I was nervous parking there, but at 11 am, it was packed but not dangerous. Not expensive. It is the garage to park in if you're staying at the Hyatt Downtown Regency.

Good location to park for the convention center or Hyatt. It is well lit at night, though I didn't go to the top floor. There is a lot of wheelchair accessible parking on the 3rd floor (down), just drive to the 4th floor, then head to the next Exit ramp sign to get to the third floor. That is where the walkway to the convention center is as well.

Easy parking for Blue Cross events

I've used this parking garage many times over the years and parking has been relatively easy. Good spot downtown near the convention center, Hyatt, or to view parades on Main st. Pricing is reasonable. Tricky to park a large vehicle here though. Small cars can zip into a spot without a problem. SUV or Minivans take some maneuvering.
