I had an excellent experience with SGHC. When my AC unit went out, their team responded quickly and had everything fixed in no time. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous throughout the entire process. I was impressed with how efficient they were and how clearly they explained everything. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable service on their AC unit.

Kenny worked with me to get Christopher and Hunter to my home quickly to take over the job of completing the installation of my gas logs after another company left me after starting the job. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable, finishing the job in good time. South GA Heating and Cooling will definitely be who I call in the future.

I was very pleased with the sales and installation process provided by South Georgia Heating and Cooling. During the process of obtaining a quote, all my questions were answered in a courteous and prompt manner. The installation was done quickly with the appropriate clean up. But what was most impressive was that the owner of the company was personally involved in the install. So what more could be asked for: a fair price, a quick/professional install and courteous service.

My a/c wasn’t cooling properly, no matter how low the thermostat was set on. I called this company for a service call. The service technician came out the next day 8/11/22, the technician Kurt, told me “it’s low on refrigerant. Your unit need 2 Lbs. added, trust me that’s the problem and that the price for refrigerant have GONE UP.” 5-7 minutes later the job was completed. He told me he was going to his truck to make out my bill, it took his over 10 minutes to make the bill out. While waiting on him I vacuum my garage out. He charged $85.00 for 1 hr. to add the refrigerant, total bill $295.25., the same evening the, UNIT STILL NOT COOLING PROPERLY. The next morning I placed another call to this company, when I told the man on the phone, the technician didn’t resolve the problem. WOW!
