Alex was great! He was very nice and answered all of our questions. The crew was great also and on time and got the job done sooner than expected. Lee in the office was also great. She answered our questions or had Alex call us. We are very happy with our driveway, sidewalk, patio and porch! Joe and Colleen

South Side Home Improvement removed our 36 year old 10' x 8' deck and rebuilt our new, same size Deck. They took care of permits and did a fantastic job. We're very pleased with South Side Home Improvement and look forward to hiring them again.

Alex gave me an estimate for redoing my deck adding some privacy. He knew exactly what I wanted. It was the fastest turn around time I have ever had. From deposit to completion 2 days. I have had some shady contractors but after meeting Alex I felt very comfortable and knew he was not taking advantage of me. Speaking with Lee she was so easy to work, calls back immediately and on top of everything. His crew did an outstanding job, on time very fast completion and I am beyond happy with my new deck. They will be the first I call for my next project. Thank you again I love my deck.

I gave them a 4 star rating due to the response time for repairs after completion of work was done. Alex and Lee were very understanding about our concerns and did a fantastic job of communicating with us about a timeline of repairs.

Great company. We have used them for a few projects so far. Most recently two decks. We also hired them to do replacement windows in the Fall. Nice workers who are quick and always clean up after themselves. Recommend highly.
