I highly recommend Southern Air for your HVAC needs. It has a the feeling of a small family run company. Everyone from the people who answer the phones to the service techs are all very knowledgeable, professional and kind.
I had a great experience with our Southern Air technician, Chris. He kept me updated on his expected arrival time. Very communicative and explained the problem and solution. The repair was done in a timely fashion.
Thanks to Adam, my air conditioning was restored and my family is happy once again. He was efficient, knowledgeable and took his time to explain what he was doing without pushing other unnecessary services. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
I called Southern Air for plumbing issue I was having with my water heater. I got a same day appointment and my tech Joe was on time, respected my home and I expected the worst but Joe explained everything to me and fixed my issues in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling Southern Air for all my plumbing needs.
