We love our new Sun porch! Southern Leisure Builders did a fantastic job in converting our all deck into a roof covered screened in porch! Its really beautiful and it's going to be perfect for warmer weather! No mosquitos or bugs will get through the fine screen SLB installed. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves as well. It only took about a week to build after all the peices were cut to precision size. We are very happy with our additional sunroom and I'm sure you would be too if your looking for a screened in porch for your house. I am absolutely thrilled! SLB transformed my aging screened-in ~110 sq ft porch into a beautiful and customized sunroom. Opting for the larger exterior door and the TEMO Premier view with nearly floor-to-ceiling windows made sense so I could enjoy my space year-round. The "realfeel" outside is currently 32 degrees and my room is the same temp as the rest of my house (with the use of a small space heater). I love my new sunroom! Decided to upgrade my concrete pad to something nice to host family for my upcoming retirement, and reached out to several companies. Southern Leisure Builders (SLB) Inc. was the one to respond and come out to present their product. I don't remember the name of the rep (may have been Anthony or Paul) that came out to give me the quote and present the product, but he was very respectful, professional, and courteous.
