Aaron, who came out to provide my estimate, gave honest recommendations and helped me choose the best options for my home. His professionalism and knowledge were a major reason I decided to go with this company. The foreman and his crew followed through with outstanding work—arriving early, working efficiently, and completing LVP installation on multiple levels, my steps, and hardwood on the second level of my three‑bedroom townhome in just a day and a half. The installation was flawless, the cleanup was excellent, and they took the time to explain how to properly care for the new floors. 10/10 experience. I utilized Southern Maryland Floor Co to remove carpet in multiple rooms and replace with LVP and LVT. Jaelynn, Aaron, and all the staff and installers were amazing to work with. The installers made quick work and completed an entire project in one day, which blew me away. I was so impressed with the product offered and the installation that I used them for another project. Pricing was extremely competitive and transparent. Scheduling was very accommodating. Once the work was completed, I had two small areas of concern and Aaron came back out very quickly so I could show him. Installers were back out the same week to perfect an almost nearly perfect job at no additional cost. I HIGHLY recommend and will use again for future projects.

I met Southern Maryland Floor Company at a home showcase and initially I was hesitant to stop; however the smiles drew me in to visit their booth. From the time I met them at the showcase to the end of my project, the staff never changed. They were professional, friendly, listened to my desires/vision and ensured I was 100 percent satisfied. Southern Maryland floors installed several high quality floors in my home and a backsplash in my kitchen.
