I gave it a 3 as the parts side was awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the showroom side was a different story. I felt like J Roberts walking into the dress shop on Rodeo Drive in Pretty Women. The younger lady working there was very rude!!!! I wouldn't say racist as the other post above, I think she was just one rude individual and definitely does not to be in sales.

Friendly salesmen that were able to get the parts I need in a timely manner. Their drivers were the best. Especially the older one.handeled my parts with care and we're very courteous.

I didn't know about this place until I was informed by a plumber. I'm glad I was told, the prices are better than anywhere, and they are very helpful and have all the parts I needed. If I need plumbing stuff I will return. Everyone should go here, and not lowes.
