Very reliable on a large variety of parts for all brands of equipment and very quick on getting parts that are not in stock. Employees are courteous to all customers when ordering at the counter and over the phone. I have been a customer for over 25 years and never have I had an issue. Thank you for great customer service.

They basically made fun of me for trying to DIY a project to save money. Instead of anything that remotely was friendly service, I walk in to hear them belittle a previous customer, then laugh about how stupid he was. I got about the same treatment. They may have knowledge, but are not good people to deal with.
