They are the best in town. Our septic system was failing and they worked tirelessly to get it back on line. Not only did they work hard - they worked intelligently and saved us thousands of dollars by finding a much less costly option. The people at Spankys are intelligent, hard working, honest, and accessible. They are great and I recommend them without any reservation.

We have used Spanky's for drain and sewer problems in the past, with great success. Two weeks ago, I called them for what I thought was a leak in the wall. While the leak ended up being disastrous, I commend Eric and Chris, as well as Brian, Todd and Josh, for the great job they did repairing my pipes to a much better condition than I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Spanky's for minor and major plumbing repairs. Their customer service was next to none. They stand behind their work.

Called spankys out to clear sewage lines. Guy got out of truck looked at it and said it was the city's problem. Charged us for pumping. Called them back out. To another trailer in the park They ran the rooter through the kitchen drain. Did not root the outside drain like I told them we wanted. Went down to the first trailer and told them what I wanted. They looked around and then said pack it up we're leaving. Still haven't done what I asked. Piss poor attitude and rotten customer service. When I called the office...I was told they went after tools . Four days later ... nothing.

Called Spanky's around 8:50am and by 10:50am they were done. Excellent job and Jason (I think was his name) was knowledgeable, polite and worked fast. Very good price.

I had been duped by another septic service and had a weekend of clogged pipes. Spankys employees handled it by communicating personally with other employees that could do what we needed. The first would not leave until he got us taken care of by a second employee that responded right away!!
