Sparkle Pool

My spa heater was leaking, over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. John was very direct and logical to the service that I needed and the options that he could provide around that: a new pool/spa heater installation. I had a solar heating system for my pool which only raised the temperature of my pool a few degrees on a hot day, losing the heat every couple days thereafter. The cost to winterize and then turn on my solar every year was $300, plus your additional cost to replace a panel almost annually meant anywhere from $500-$800 to the pool solar people. It seemed more cost effective to get a heater large enough to heat my pool as well as my spa, and I would recoup the costs of the new installation after a handful of years of not doing the solar heating annual turn up/turn down. John

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Over the last several years I've been through so many different pool companies for different jobs(always something with pools), and I finally found one that is not only *reliable* but really knows their craft. John (I believe the owner) is as knowledgeable as they come. Not only did he give me a fair price for my heater replacement, he actually took the time to explain all of the details of how to run my equipment and even helped fix a few things I didn't even pay for. In todays world, it's hard to find true integrity in any industry. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service. I had my pool serviced last week by John at Sparkle Pool. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My pool is immaculate. I was really impressed by the cost because most other companies wanted twice as much as John for the same service. I live in Pleasant Hill and have the worst possible trees around my pool, what a job it takes to keep it clean. I am thankful for John’s patience and expertise.

John and his team never let me down, I have been using them for 15 years. They are always punctual and really know their business!
