I'm very disappointed with this company, I called several days ago to have my roof inspected and get a quote, I was told they'd have someone here on a specific day. I waited around all day expecting a call from their inspector to let me know they were on their way, but it never happened. I even called the office later in the afternoon to make sure someone was still going to make it and I was told they were, the receptionist said she'd call her guy and make sure it would happen. No one called, no one showed, so I'll happily go somewhere else. I understand being busy, but at the very least call and tell me it'll have to happen later, I hate unreliability and being lied to. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.
