Specialized Surfaces - Marble, Granite, Tile, Wood Cleaning and Restoration

I have been working with Tom for about a decade and the work provided over the years has always been excellent and pricing fair. They have refinished wood floors, repaired and maintained our natural stone and treated carpet/upholstery. They even managed to remove a dark 'hand print' from the natural stone shower bench when a tenant left a glove covered in hair-dye. We were truly impressed and feel fortunate to have Tom and his teams available to us. And we look forward to continuing to have Tom keeping our house in tiptop shape.

Tom and his crew were amazing. We are so happy with the results. We came to him with a hardwood in mind. He sourced it cheaper than we were previously quoted. He fit within our extremely tight timelines. And his crew were so nice and respectful. And they managed to get us back in for the long weekend working until 7pm on Friday night. Above and beyond! The travertine floor of my restaurant needed some repair after 12 years of wear and tear. Specialized surfaces came to the rescue and did a fantastic job! Tom, the owner, was professional and straightforward. Then Miguel came in and worked his magic. A perfectionist at heart, you could tell he takes pride in his work. Our firm has had nothing but good experiences with this company. They have been quick, reliable, and professional on all of our projects. We have used them in vacant units and occupied units. Tom and his crew came out on a really tight schedule and re surfaces our floors in the time it took us to move our stuff from New Jersey to california. Finished product came out awesome and Tom was always available for a phone call to make sure that we knew exactly what was happening and to answer any of our questions along the way.
