Everyone my wife spoke to here was rude. We love to support black owned businesses but this is the worst service we’ve ever received from an oil company. We tried to make the switch regardless of the bad reviews because my wife’s grandfather and the late Springer were best friends but clearly the people who are working for him have no customer service training. It’s unfortunate but after just one order with them, we won’t be returning. We have a refund pending for our current order. Edit: Your response doesn’t match up with my review. Connie was so rude that she didn’t allow my wife to finish her sentence before she hung up on her. We understand whatever your policy is about why you weren’t able to deliver the oil. We’ve been a loyal customer to this company for 5 years. Our oil finished right before the storm and we ordered oil Tuesday online after the storm, today is Thursday and no oil. I just called in to inquire what’s going on and the lady said online is down…customers can’t know that if it said successful. She the told me that it’s $100 extra if I wanted the oil today. Disgusting behaviour. I went on to say I ordered two days ago and if we can get it today because we already ordered two days ago and we haven’t had oil in days now and it’s freezing cold. She kept repeating it’s $100 extra. Disgusting behaviour

When I tell you I never in my life experience customer service like this. Ordered oil on Wednesday to be delivered today. Prior to us getting a 100 gallon delivered today, we got 100 gallons delivered Monday or Tuesday which put our tank on a half tank with that 1st 100 gallon. Now today they said they delivered 100 gallon to my address and did not because on our lst delivered and any time they hook to put the oil in it whilst not this morning and it was recorded. So I will be calling the better business bureau and I will be filing a civil court paperwork. Bad bad bad business.

Horrible customer service I called to get oil. They told me one price they told me they gonna come out on Friday, to call Friday to finish giving them the rest of the information I call on Friday. They tell me they can’t come till Monday unless I pay an emergency fee and on top of that they told me it was one price and now they’re telling me it’s a dollar more per gallon. when I ordered, I recommended three people to them, they are all highly upset and we are all seeking other companies will never get my service or recommendation ever.
