SRM Concrete

Awesome group of folks! From the lady that took my order over the phone, to the on time driver that was super helpful. Won't hesitate to call next time I need concrete.

The cement truck driver hit one of my trees on his way out of my driveway and severely damaged the tree. The driver kept going even though he was being told to stop by one of the foundation guys as it was evident that the truck was going to hit the tree. There were 8 witnesses to this incident. I emailed the corporate office and called the local office for financial assistance to have this tree taken down. No SRM response received from either the email or the telephone call. Very poor customer service.

Great Drivers. Talked to Driver. Super friendly. Delivered everything that was ordered was delivered; placed in the exact spot we wanted. Communication between us and them was very good. Would recommend them for services.

Worst plant to order from. Most of the drivers have no experience. Mix too much water, ask for 5 get a 7. Ridiculous. Terrible.

Will delivered our concrete. He was punctual, personable considerate and very helpful and Much appreciated!
