Use ABC supply, QXO, 84 lumber.. anyone but SRS. They have been quick to raise prices since there buyout. And have threatened liens and lawsuits on accounts that aren’t even past due just getting close. They are sending letters from lawyers with 25% lawyer fees.. I would steer clear while you still can. If you haven’t had the experience you will as soon as the season slows down. We use all suppliers and have never been treated so poorly by anyone and they used to be a decent company. Honestly employees should get out while they can too plenty of opportunities elsewhere. We knew it would change after the buyout but not this aggressive.

This company doesn’t think at all and has no respect for truck drivers’ time. They take care of their customers first and only then start unloading the trucks — but the thing is, the flow of customers never stops, so you can end up waiting for hours to get unloaded. We are customers too, and we deliver the goods that keep your business running.

We've gone back several times for cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms. Their handmade "sink" cabinets are amazing: wood cabinets lined with plastic interior to protect your cabinets from leaks. I almost thought it was a mistake splurging on this, but when our plumber didn't properly tighten the dishwasher line, and the hose exploded inside the cabinet, we did not regret it!!! Their turn-around times are long, but worth it!
