Stable Foundations

From the transparent estimate process with Doug to the project being totally complete incredibly fast and beyond expectations by Jesse and his team, Stable Foundations is the kind of home project partner you wish you had for all of your projects. They were incredibly communicative, collaborative, and thorough, and their work was outstanding. They made creative solutions to make up for previous project mistakes, and still were finished ahead of schedule even with the added work. Truly great work!

Doug came by today and answered ALOT of questions for me. AGAIN. Moving forward with this project has been hard with life circumstances etc. Doug and the company clearly are in this line of work for the right reason. I was told today that what I had right now was ok. We discussed what life would be like with a fully encapsulated crawl space, but didn't waste time on a sales pitch. I appreciate people like Doug who take the time to be patient and answer all the questions. We will move forward with Stable Foundations when the time is right for us!!

I had a problem of cracks appearing at the corner of doors upstairs, the doors not closing, and the locks not matching the strike plate. Cracks also appeared in the walls along the staircase. I also had cracks in the crawl space cinderblock wall that concerned me. Stable Foundations sent a representative who analyzed where a crawl space foundation support had sunk and another area needed to be reinforced. He presented a plan to remediate the problems. I gave the go ahead and am pleased to share the problems have been totally resolved! I would definitely recommend them if you have settling problems in your house.

We were very pleased with Stable Foundations on the encapsulation of our crawl space. From making the initial appointment, to Doug the technician inspecting the site, to Jesse the foreman and his crew completing the job; everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and patiently answered any of our questions or concerns.
