It is a hot summer and our Ac failed two days ago. We called this Standard AC Refrigeration service today and Mr. Amjit arrived on the same day within an hour. He figured out the problem within a few minutes. I approached another person before him and he couldn't find anything after remaining here for a day. Then only we got Mr.Amjit's number through a friend. we are extremely happy that we got this service provider. This person is thorough, brilliant , approachable, honest and fully knowledgeable on this field. He fixed the problem ASAP and gave us a complete knowledge on 'how to use AC efficiently and carefully'. We appreciate him a lot. Their fee is reasonable. I’m distraught about this review and I thought 10x to post it not to post. I appreciated that the technician came out quickly and was polite. The issue was a clogged condensate pump — he cleared it in a few minutes using compressed air, no mess, no disassembly. What frustrated me was the $350 charge for something that took less than 20 min and involved no parts or intensive labor. I understand service calls have a baseline cost, but this felt excessive for such a straightforward fix, especially given I’m located in his service area. He gave no pricing at the top of the visit and just pulled the number out. When I pushed back a few times he lowered to $300 which still feels very high compared to all the research I’ve done. It should have been $200 max. Would encourage others to ask for

Standard Air Conditioning provided excellent service, fair pricing and made my home very comfortable in these summer months. Also, Amjit was a gentleman and took the time to explain everything. Would recommend anytime.

Mr. Amjid came out to our house to give our ancient Rheem AC a tune up before the summer. He did a great job and explained everything as he went. Pricing was very reasonable and he let us know all the costs up-front. I would highly recommend Standard AC and will be calling him in the future.
