Alex did a great job of explaining us the issue with our refrigerator. He was open about if the fix was worth it or not which I really appreciate since it’s rare. Highly recommend Alex and his company for any appliances repair services/diagnostics.

Wednesday, late in the day, we called Standard Appliance Repair as they were noted by LG appliance makers as certified. I spoke with Alexandr, not knowing he was the owner, and he had me text the model number so that he could order a new gasket or door boot as the one we had wreaks! He said he could order one and put it in today, 2 days later! He had been working in Everett, drove to Tacoma to get the part and then fixed our washer in West Seattle! He was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and even helped us put the stacking dryer back on top of the washer. He was superb… over delivered at a super reasonable price.

My washer needed a new door seal due to black mold. Standard Appliance was able to schedule my service for the next day. Technician was on time, pleasant and efficient. Did a great job with the replacement, and provided tips on regular maintenance to reduce black mold formation. Also left a washing machine cleaning tablet behind to clean the drum after his departure. Charged $30 less than nearest competitor. Overall great experience. I will definitely use Standard Appliance in the future.
