My husband and I rented from Standerfer for an entire year. We didn't have any problems while we were living there, and the landlords seemed fair enough. They had deposits and charges for every small thing, but we struggled to find a decent place to rent in the area, so we signed the lease. We spent hours cleaning up when we moved out and the place looked spotless. However, we did not receive hardly any deposit back because they used it to replace the oven. The glass was cracked on this inside, and this should have been a routine upgrade as the glass cracking was a defect or occurrence because of the age of the oven rather than our use of it. Overall, I had heard many negative things about these landlords, but we signed with them anyway. I regret it because we were extremely good tenants,

Bill standerfer is a devilishly handsome man with a thousand yard stare and a quick wit to boot. Goes by the nickname "the general" and it's easy to see why he's all business and gets the job done at the highest quality I've seen. The man operates at a level of professionalism that's second to none. I definitely recommend this company if for nothing more than to get to meet a living legend.
