Alex Smith did a FANTASTIC job on our tile and grout! You are VERY fortunate to have him on your team. He’s efficient, hard working and honest. He finished our floor quickly and professionally. I messed up the order online and he could’ve over charged us. I will recommend him to the whole neighborhood. Thank you again for a job very well done at an affordable price. Please thank him for us again and give that man a raise! We look forward to him coming back soon.

Juan was a great technician! He helped me move a small bookcase so I could access a small balcony. After I dusted it, he cleaned the carpet on it. I feel that there should have been two people for this job. There were a couple pieces of furniture that could not be moved with just one person. Therefore, the carpet under and behind was not cleaned. As the carpet in the family room is drying, I am noticing two areas that may have been stained beyond cleaning. These were not visible before. All in all, I feel that Juan did the best he could and explained what he was doing all along the way. He went out of his way to do whatever I asked of him.

I originally gave a 5 star review. However, after putting the rooms back together, we found multiple areas that were not cleaned. I have attached the 6 new pictures.

What an excellent employee you have hired very polite came and got right to work. Did the job you could tell he was working very hard at it to do it nice and extra special. I will definitely have Alex again and recommend him to some more of my friends thank you for hiring such a nice guy.

John and Jacob did amazing work! My carpet and furniture look amd smell fresh and bright. They were thorough, careful, and professional, even as they dealt with snow, cold, apartment stairs, and my cranky neighbors. They explained everything before they actually started the job and reviewed everything as they wrapped up their work. I highly recommend Stanley Steemer and commend this particular crew.
