The Tile Shop

Went to find tile for my kitchen and gentleman there did not listen to desires and spoke down to me as though I was dumb. When some one asks about price, you should ask about the project, square footage, etc NOT point to the tag on the tile! When I share with you not to speak to me like I am dumb, you say I am just pointing out the information. Defensivness is not the answer. Try self reflection and honing the listening and customer service skills so others have a positive experience.

Tiffany, the store manager at the Holland, Ohio location is awesome! Very nice, experienced, patient, and so helpful in getting us everything we needed for our walk-in shower. It is overwhelming at first because of their selection and we needed some help. We would definitely recommend Tiffany for your next project.

Be sure to ask for Ben because he does listens to your needs and puts together exactly what you want in creating a bathroom masterpiece!! I also worked with another creative designer, MaryKaye McCann, for our kid’s bathroom. She did a fabulous job designing a beautiful bathroom oasis for them. LOVED IT! Thank you to both designers and the contractor, Steve for bringing both bathrooms to life.

What a great experience working with Tiffany at The Tile Shop! We walked in overwhelmed by the large selection and within minutes and a few questions, Tiffany was pulling samples for us. She asked great questions that made us think about what we really wanted our kitchen project to look and feel like when complete. Even more excited now to get our project started!
