Service was excellent, they explained what they were doing before they started. Carefully moved the furniture and moved it back when they finished! The furniture and rugs look great!! All in all excellent work!

William Martin came to the house, on time, was very professional, kind and very knowledgeable about the services Stanley Steamer offers. We have a new puppy who made lots of accidents on the carpet. I am absolutely thrilled with the Carpet cleaning and couch cleaning Martin provided. He was also very quick. Done in about an hour to an hour and a half!!!!! We will definitely be calling on Martin again when we need our carpets cleaned!!!!! I am BEYOND satisfied with the service we received!!!!

On time, professional. I had stairs a bedroom and a large bonus room carpet cleaned. I appreciate that they sent 2 guys out to do the job. I also appreciate they asked me to come and look to make sure I was happy. I paid for the protect and deodorize…deodorize I could appreciate immediately but I’ll keep you posted on the protect extra. They also cleaned a leather couch and it looks amazing. Very happy 😃 wish I had before pictures of the carpet and couch because they were very dirty and stained.

I think they did well with cleaning even though some stains couldn’t be removed. But I was annoyed that the service tech took my hose off and couldn’t re-connect it and left some wad of something in the driveway. Not a bad experience just the little things that I seen as a customer that could be improved on.

Same day service and excellent customer service. The guys were friendly yet professional. They explained the process up front and started to work immediately. The rug was still drying when this photo was taken. Very pleased with our it turned out.
