Exceptionally disappointing. Signed up for a tile cleaning thinking it was for our 2 showers for $150 each. When they arrived they told us that we signed up for tile floors, not tile showers, and it was $900. Admittedly, they were in bad shape and we felt they needed professional help, so after they offered $100 off we moved forward. You'd think $800 for 2 shower cleaning would be very impressive, it wasn't. They cautioned us ahead of time that not all the hard water would disappear, so we understood, but the complete lack of attention to detail is terrible. They didn't clean glass, so that is disappointing. They didn't clean any of the fixtures. They didn't even wipe down the window hand crank. They even chipped one of our tiles and didn't say anything about it. All this for a mere $800.

Davis and Clay visited my home today. I had my carpets cleaned by Casey and Clay two months earlier. Due to a couple of mishaps I needed two rooms touched up. Davis and Clay are so courteous! They called before coming and were on time as promised. They were very efficient and made my carpet look and smell amazing. Unfortunately I had zero cash so I wanted to tip them with my card. I wish you could add a gratuity along with my payment via card. Also the price was fair. $179 for two rooms. I was quoted $240 from another competitor. I will continue to use SS for my carpet needs.

I have been a loyal customer of Stanley Steemer for many years and have generally been satisfied with their service. However, my recent experience was utterly disappointing and unacceptable. During a recent upholstery cleaning appointment, one of the team members took a bowel movement in my toilet and spent 15 minutes in the bathroom while his colleague did all the work. This was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. I had to knock on the door to get him out, and he left the bathroom in a deplorable state, forcing me to clean up the mess he made. It was in a bad state. This outrageous behavior disrupted the service and created additional work for me. My husband and I are requesting a full refund for this cleaning service and expect Stanley Steemer to take appropriate action t

Great carpet cleaning experience! Two nice men arrived at the scheduled time. They cleaned my carpet with hot water, no chemicals, except the dirty spots were sprayed with a cleaning spray. They moved the furniture and put blocks under it. It looks beautiful! All the stubborn spots have come out. It takes a bit longer than 8-12 hours to completely dry. But, we were able to walk on it. The guys were great, they did not try to sell me a more expensive cleaning or extra products. They made a suggestion to put a scotch guard on the carpet. They were done within an hour and I was able to get on with my day. PERFECT!
