Stanley Steemer

This was my first time using Stanley Steamer. Ryan J and Matt did a phenomenal job. My carpets haven’t looked this good since they were first laid. Thank you for your professionalism and friendly service.

UPDATE BELOW- Original post:Super awesome workers who were very professional and helpful- however after paying just over $200 for a professional cleaning and making it known it had pet hair; it was a couch we just purchased and found out after the fact that it had pet hair on it. My son is highly allergic, they finished the job and were very nice but once the light hit one of the cushions, I noticed abunch of pet hair still on it…. UPDATE: I received a call back from the sweetest girl in reception and she had them come back the very next day to do a more in depth hair removal! The guys were yet again so amazing, kind, professional and all around hard great workers! I was so impressed that they reached out to me free of charge and came back to redo the couch! Amazing service! The team was very helpful, respectful, and some of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The pricing couldn’t be beat — I got quotes from about four other companies, and Stanley Steemer had the best price by far. They were also available the same week, so there was no long wait.

Jay and Xavier arrived on time, explained what they would be doing for me and began working immediately. I had a stain in the carpet from rubber gym mats and as hard as he tried to remove the stain, it did not come out. I appreciate his efforts to try and remove it. This team did a great job on the rest of the rooms. Stanley has my business going forward!

Karl and his partner came right in the time frame they said they would. He called when he got here and was super friendly when meeting. They were clean, professional and knowledgeable about his work. You could tell he took pride in what he did and I really respect that. He provided me with the steam cleaning, deodorizer and even the protection at the end of it all. Being a military/first responder he gave me a 10% discount that they provide to all who have served. He then gave me some information on their grout and tile cleaning services to make the tile shine like new. Honestly a great experience. They were in and out in about 45 minutes.
