Stark Exterminators

I had the BEST experience with this company yesterday. I had a ton of ladybugs and few wasps in and around my property. I am terrified of any bug harmless or not so I began frantically around calling so I could go back inside my house. On the phone I spoke with Ashley (I think was her name) and she was amazing. Not only did she not judge me but she went above and beyond for someone who wasn’t even a costumer yet. Truly after my conversation with her I had hope that there is still good people in this world. Ben came to help with the bugs and exceeded my expectations. He didn’t just get rid of the bugs and leave; he gave me SO much advice and knowledge about all bugs (like what to look out for) — which really gave me peace about everything. I do not recommend their wild life service without getting a second opinion first: As customers of Stark we caught a small field mouse in our kitchen and got rid of it. We told our Stark exterminator when he came for his 3 month visit. He recommended having their wild life rep come and give our house a look over to see if anything needed to be done. He came and told us that he saw evidence of rats and that our bonus room attic showed evidence of flying squirrels. He recommended that we have our house sealed to prevent any further rodents. They came for the next 5 weeks to “check the traps” that we had to insist they put out because after paying $4500, two different techs told us there was no evidence of either type of rodent so there really wasn’t a reason to put out traps. Been using Stark for years for termite prevention. Just added every 3 month inside spraying for very reasonable price. Great price for annual termite contract also. Very friendly and professional service. Great communication with them also.

Tech was very informative and knowledgeable of our needs. He is one of the best we’ve had so far. Hope to keep him on our route.

Very poor communication and follow-up methods are used. Receptionists are nice, but emails and calls are not followed up on by "management."
