Very unprofessional. I hired Sean and his company after our previous pool guy retired, and my pool has never looked worse. We had an issue with the jacuzzi, and because they clearly have no knowledge of equipment or how it functions, I had to hire a separate company. Turns out the problem was simply a switch on the pump that they must have turned—costing me $185 to fix. When I contacted Sean to discontinue service at the end of the month, he decided not to even show up for the final week, while still taking payment. That’s unacceptable and feels like stealing from customers.

As a local, it's a relief to have a pool company you can trust. They're always on time, do great work, and are just nice people. A real asset to the neighborhood.
